We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK orders.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email.
Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
What about returns?
If you find your order isn't quite right – for whatever reason – don't worry, we've got a 'no quibbles' returns policy.
You have 28 days to return your items.
Please return all items unworn, clean and with the tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear and tights can’t be returned unless it’s faulty. Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear and returned to us unworn and with hygiene strips in place.
Refunds will be made to the payment method you used on the original order. Please note, this may take between 5-10 working days to appear from the date that you receive the refund confirmation email.

Why is an item I have ordered out of stock?
If you have ordered and paid for an out of stock item we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss.
We always do our best to maintain our stock levels but occasionally an item is so popular that the website may not have been updated quickly enough.
My delivery has arrived but there is an item missing
We’re sorry about that! Please check your emails to see if we’ve been in touch to apologise for a missing item. It’s worth checking your junk mail too. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us with your order number and the details of the missing item.
